Terms of sale

Who can buy from us

You must be 21 or older to create an account or place an order. At checkout, you attest that you are 21 or older and that you are purchasing for laboratory research use, not for use in or on humans or animals. We rely on that attestation; providing false information to place an order is a violation of these terms and may result in the order being cancelled and refunded.

What we sell

Everything on this site is a research chemical supplied in freeze-dried (lyophilized) form for laboratory research only. Products are not offered for use as medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and are not approved by the FDA for use in or on humans or animals. Nothing on this site is offered as, or should be understood as, a substitute or alternative for any approved medication.

What we don't provide

We do not provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, or any other usage guidance, in any form, for any product. See the Research use policy for the scope of the products and the information we provide.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. Guest checkout is available for every order. If you create an account, keep access to your email secure and do not share sign-in links. Your private order links also provide access to order details; share them only with someone you authorize to see the order.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Prices, product availability, and lot assignments can change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm payment and pack the order, and an order is not final until then. If a price or description on the site is plainly wrong, we will tell you before packing and you can accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We assign a specific tested lot to your order at the time it is packed; the lot code and certificate for your order are shown on your order status page. We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe was placed in violation of these terms, including orders that appear intended for human or animal use.

If we are required to collect sales tax on your order, the amount is shown before you place it. Where no tax line is shown, none has been charged; any tax you owe directly on a purchase remains your responsibility.

Payment

Payment options depend on the items in your cart and which methods are available. Checkout shows the eligible options and the total before you place the order. See Payments for how each method works. Orders remain pending until payment is confirmed and are not packed before then.

Returns and refunds

The Returns page explains which issues are covered, the reporting window, and how to request help. Contact us with your order number when reporting a problem. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Shipping

Domestic US only. Details on the Shipping page.

Emails we send

Placing an order or requesting a sign-in link means we will email you about that order or that sign-in: confirmation, payment instructions, tracking, delivery, refunds, and reminders about an unpaid bank transfer. Those are part of the transaction and cannot be switched off while the order is open. Two emails are optional: a restock alert, sent once per request only if you ask for it on a sold-out product page, and a loyalty tier email to account holders when their tier changes. Contact us to cancel a pending restock alert. Loyalty tier emails stop when the account is deleted; see the Privacy Policy.

Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, you're confirming it reflects your own experience as a customer and that it does not include usage, dosing, or outcome claims about the product. We may decline to publish a review that violates this or any other part of these terms.

Using the site

You may use the site to browse, buy, and manage your own orders. You may not scrape the catalog or lab results pages for resale, attempt to access another customer's order or account, interfere with the site's operation, or place orders using false information. Product images, lot certificates, and page copy are ours or published with permission and may be copied to verify a lot or for your own research records, subject to any rights held by the issuing laboratory and uses permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

Products are sold as-is for laboratory research use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Long Island Peptides is not liable for any use of a product outside the scope described in these terms and in the Research Use policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Contact

Questions about these terms: see Contact.

Returns

The policy

We use a single return policy, and it reads the same everywhere on this site, including beside the Add to Cart button:

Lost or damaged in transit is reshipped free. Opened vials cannot be returned. Report any issue within 30 days of delivery. Refunds for wrong or out-of-spec items are issued once verified against the lot certificate.

That is the whole policy. We do not have a separate, longer version elsewhere on the site.

What each part means

Lost or damaged in transit. If tracking shows a package as lost, or it arrives visibly damaged, we reship the same order at no charge. We do not require the damaged item back before reshipping.

Opened vials cannot be returned. Once a vial's seal is broken, we cannot verify what has happened to it after it left our facility, so we cannot accept it back or resell it. This applies to every order, with no exceptions.

Report within 30 days. Any issue (wrong item, damage, a lot that reads out of spec against its posted certificate) needs to be reported within 30 days of delivery. We cannot act on reports made after that window.

Wrong or out-of-spec refunds are verified against the lot certificate. If you believe an item is not what was ordered, or that a lot does not match its posted certificate, tell us the lot code from your order status page and what you're seeing. We check your report against the certificate on file for that lot before issuing a refund. This keeps the process fair and fast for everyone, since the certificate is the same record we publish publicly on lab results.

How a refund is issued

A refund goes back the way the payment came: a card refund to the card that was charged, a bank transfer refund to the account it was sent from, and a crypto refund to the address it was sent from. We issue it as soon as the report is verified and send an email confirming the amount. How long it then takes to appear depends on the rail: cards usually post within 5 to 10 business days, bank transfers within 1 to 3 business days of being sent, and crypto once the network confirms. If an order is cancelled before it ships, the full amount is refunded the same way.

How to report an issue

Email support@lipeps.com with your order number, the lot code from your order status page, and a description of the issue. Include a photo if the report involves damage or a labeling problem. We aim to respond within a few business days.

What we don't do

We do not offer returns for reasons other than the ones above. We do not accept opened vials back under any circumstance. We do not issue store credit in place of the refund and reship terms described here. The policy above is the complete list of outcomes.

Shipping

Where we ship

Domestic US only. We do not ship outside the United States.

Cutoff and processing

Orders placed before our shipping cutoff on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. Every order is packed and confirmed against its assigned lot before it leaves our facility.

Cost

Free shipping on orders of $150 or more, after discounts. A flat $11.95 shipping charge applies below that.

Carriers

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as a shipping label is created, and again when the carrier confirms movement.

Freeze-dried format

Everything we sell ships as a freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder. This dry form tolerates normal transit temperature swings far better than a liquid would, which is one reason it is the standard format for shipping research compounds. We do not sell any pre-mixed liquid product.

Address accuracy

Enter your shipping address exactly as your carrier would recognize it. We ship to the address on the order; we are not able to intercept or redirect a package once it has been handed to the carrier. Please double-check unit numbers and ZIP codes before submitting an order.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, we reship it at no cost. See Returns for the full policy and how to report an issue.

Order status

Track any order at any time from the order status page linked in your confirmation email, or from your account if you created one. No login is required to check status.

Privacy Policy

Who this covers

This policy describes how Long Island Peptides (LIPEPS, lipeps.com) handles information from visitors, customers, and affiliate applicants. You can browse without creating an account and use guest checkout. Send privacy questions or requests through Contact.

Information you provide

privacy — table
When youWhat we receiveWhy we use it
Place an orderEmail, recipient name and shipping address, optional phone number, items, prices, payment method, and age and research-use confirmations. To process and deliver the order, send order updates, handle support, and maintain sales records.
Create or access an accountEmail address, account and order history, and loyalty records. To send a one-time sign-in link and show your orders and loyalty information. Customer accounts do not use passwords.
Request a restock alertEmail address and the product requested. To send one alert when the product is available.

Contact usYour email address and whatever you include in the message. To answer your question and keep the support conversation. Please do not send full payment credentials or sensitive personal information.
Apply as an affiliateName, email, referral code, channel, promotion plan, agreement acceptance, and payout details. To review the application, administer referrals, and make payouts. Payout details may include a bank account and routing number or a public wallet address.

The age gate checks the birth date you enter in your browser. It does not send that date to our server; it stores a cookie recording that the age check was passed and when. Checkout separately records your age and research-use confirmations. We do not request an identity document at checkout.

Payment information

Card details are entered in fields provided by the card processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We keep the transaction reference, payment status, amount, and confirmation information needed to reconcile the order.

For bank-transfer purchases, we generate an order reference and record the payment status. We do not receive your bank login. For cryptocurrency, we keep the invoice reference and status returned by the payment service. We do not receive private wallet keys. Public blockchain transactions may be visible to others on the network.

Available methods are shown on Payments and at checkout. Payment providers handle information under their own privacy policies.

Information from visits and referrals

Requests to the site include an IP address and browser information. We use request information for security, troubleshooting, and limits on repeated requests. Our hosting provider also processes requests and may retain operational logs under its own policies.

A random cart identifier connects your browser to the items and any discount code saved in your cart. Cookies also remember age confirmation, account sessions, and access to recent orders. See Cookies for names and lifetimes.

If you follow an approved affiliate link, we record the referral code, landing page, time, browser user agent, and a keyed hash of your IP address. The click record stores the hash rather than the raw address. A referral cookie can associate a later order with that affiliate, and our records track the commission. Affiliate dashboards show aggregate clicks, conversions, and commission information.

We do not run third-party advertising pixels or sell personal information. We do use our own order and referral records for reporting and referral-fraud checks; this is separate from advertising-network tracking.

Who receives information

We provide information needed by services that operate the shop: hosting and database services, email delivery, payment services, and shipping carriers. For example, a carrier receives the recipient's name and address, and the email service receives the address and content of an order email. Cloudflare hosts the live site and database.

Support and authorized staff can access information needed to manage orders and requests. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not share customer information with advertising networks.

How long information remains

Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes or when used. Customer and affiliate sessions expire after 30 days and can be ended by signing out. Expiration prevents further access; it is not the same as immediate deletion of every associated database record or backup. The Cookie Policy lists browser-cookie lifetimes.

Orders, payment records, account history, reviews, support conversations, and affiliate records are retained to operate the service and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. There is no single automatic deletion deadline for all of these records. Cart-cookie expiration also does not automatically erase the server-side cart record.

A restock subscription is removed when its alert is queued for delivery; the outgoing email record may remain. Email us to cancel an alert that has not yet been sent.

Access, corrections, and deletion

Contact us from the email address used for the account or order to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify that the request is yours before sharing records or making changes.

Some sales or payment information may need to remain for legal recordkeeping or unresolved transactions. We will explain any limitation that applies to a request. You may also ask us to remove a published review or its displayed name. Loyalty tier emails go to account holders and stop when the account is deleted.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights. Contact us to exercise them. Our site does not currently change its cookie behavior in response to Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track browser signals.

Keeping access private

Account sign-in and session tokens are stored as hashes. Session and order-access cookies use HttpOnly protection; the age-confirmation cookie is set by your browser and is not HttpOnly. Live-site cookies use Secure transmission and SameSite settings as described on Cookies.

Anyone with your private order link may be able to view its order details. Keep that link and your sign-in emails private. No online service can promise perfect security.

Age and policy changes

This shop is for adults aged 21 or older. If you believe someone under that age has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Privacy questions and requests go through Contact.

Cookie Policy

What cookies do here

Cookies let the site remember a cart, an account session, an age confirmation, or access to a recent order. An additional referral cookie can credit an affiliate when a visitor follows their link and later places an order.

These are first-party cookies, set for this site. The affiliate cookie supports attribution; it is not needed to browse or buy. We do not use advertising-network cookies or retargeting pixels.

Cookies set by LIPEPS

cookies — table
CookiePurposeBrowser lifetime
`lp_cart`A random identifier for the items and discount code saved in your cart.30 days from its last update.
`lp_orders`Order numbers and private access tokens for up to five recent orders.7 days.
`lipeps_customer_session`Keeps a customer signed in with a random session token.30 days, or until sign-out.
`lp_age`Remembers when the age check was passed. Does not contain the birth date entered.30 days.
`lp_ref`Records an approved affiliate code after a referral visit.Set by the referral program settings; the default is 180 days.
`lipeps_affiliate_session`Keeps an affiliate signed in to their dashboard.30 days, or until sign-out.
`lp_admin`Keeps a staff member signed in to the admin area.12 hours, or 30 days if the staff member selects Remember me.

Browser expiration removes a cookie's usefulness for subsequent visits; it does not automatically delete the associated order, account, cart, or referral record from our database. See the Privacy Policy for how those records are handled.

Security settings

Our cookies use `SameSite=Lax`, which restricts their inclusion in many requests initiated by another site while permitting some top-level navigation. They use `Secure` on the live site so they are sent over HTTPS.

All listed cookies except `lp_age` use `HttpOnly`, which prevents scripts on the page from reading them. The age cookie is set in your browser when you pass the age check. The entered birth date is not sent to our server.

Hosting and payment services

Cloudflare serves the site and may use security cookies when its protection features are enabled. Card fields and cryptocurrency invoices are provided by payment services, which may use cookies or other storage under their own policies. These are separate from the LIPEPS cookies listed above.

The payment methods currently available are listed on Payments. We do not control cookies set by a payment provider on its own page or within its payment fields.

Managing cookies

You can inspect, remove, or block cookies in your browser settings. Removing the referral cookie stops that browser from sending its stored affiliate code with later requests; it does not erase a referral already recorded on an order.

Blocking cart, order-access, or session cookies may stop those features from working. Removing the age-confirmation cookie causes the age check to appear again. You can also sign out of your account to end its current session.

Questions

For questions about cookies or a data request, see Contact and the Privacy Policy.

Research use only

What we sell

LIPEPS supplies freeze-dried (lyophilized) peptides for laboratory research on the material itself. Research use only, or RUO, means work outside a living organism, such as chemical analysis or in-vitro laboratory study.

For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and not for use in food, drugs, cosmetics, or household products.

Who can order

You must be 21 or older. Every checkout requires you to confirm your age and that the purchase is for laboratory research, not for use in or on humans or animals. We store those confirmations with the order.

A personal account is optional. The same research-use conditions apply to guest orders, account holders, and repeat purchases.

What a certificate can tell you

A certificate of analysis (COA) records measurements on a laboratory sample. The report identifies the tests performed and their findings. It does not establish safety or suitability for use in a person or animal, and it is not regulatory approval.

The products sold here are not FDA-approved medicines. A purity figure or a matching identity test does not change their research-only status.

If you are new to reading laboratory reports, start with How to read a COA. To check a particular batch, use Find a lot certificate.

How we can help

We can help you locate a lot record, understand which analytical tests a report lists, check an order, or resolve a shipping or payment question. Product and reference pages describe chemistry, analytical documentation, and storage information for unopened research material.

We do not provide instructions for use in people or animals, preparation or administration guidance, or personal product recommendations. This applies to the website, email, and support conversations. We do not present these products as alternatives to approved medicines.

Orders outside this policy

We may cancel and refund an order when the information available gives us reason to believe it is intended for human or animal use, or otherwise violates this policy. An age confirmation does not authorize a use excluded here.

Related policies and questions

Read the Terms of sale for purchase conditions and Contact us with questions about this policy or a lot record.

How We Test

The short version

Every lot on our lab results page carries a certificate from an independent, named lab, published under the batch code that lab tested. It stays published even after the lot sells out.

We don't run the testing ourselves, and we aren't the only place the result exists. Each certificate names the lab that produced it and links to that lab's own verification page or contact details, so you can confirm the figure, the batch code, and the date with the lab, not with us. That's the whole point: it's checkable by someone who owes us nothing.

The lot assigned to your order is listed on your order status page and in your shipping confirmation. Use that code to find its entry.

What gets tested, and what it means

A single certificate can cover more than one type of test. Each type answers a different, narrow question. It's just as important to know what a passing result doesn't tell you as what it does.

testing — table 1
TestWhat it checksWhat it doesn't tell you
IdentityConfirms the molecule in the sample matches what it's supposed to be, usually by a test called mass spectrometry.Doesn't confirm the exact amount in the vial, and doesn't screen for every possible unrelated substance.
PurityMeasures what percentage of the detected material is the target compound, usually by HPLC.Doesn't confirm sterility or endotoxin level. A high purity reading says nothing about either.
EndotoxinMeasures bacterial endotoxin (a leftover from certain bacteria) in the sample, usually by an LAL assay.A low endotoxin reading is not the same as a sterile sample. The two are measured separately.
SterilityConfirms the tested sample showed no live microbial growth under the method used.Sterility testing uses up the sample and is run on one sample from the lot, not on every vial. It supports confidence in the lot, but it isn't a guarantee for each individual vial.

We publish exactly which of these tests were run for each lot. Not every lot carries every test, and we don't imply a test was run when it wasn't. The certificate lists what was actually done.

What a certificate is, and isn't

A certificate describes the sample tested, by the method used, at the time it was tested. It's a record of that lab's own findings. It isn't a claim about anything beyond what the listed methods measure, and it isn't a statement about how a compound behaves once it leaves our facility.

How to verify a certificate

Every certificate on lab results links out to the testing lab's own verification tool or contact information.

testing — table 2
StepWhat to do
1Find your lot code on your order status page or in your shipping confirmation.
2Look it up on lab results.
3Use the lab's verify link on that lot's page, or contact the lab directly using the information they publish, not ours.

The lab is named on every certificate specifically so this step doesn't depend on trusting us.

Older lots

When a lot sells out, its certificate stays published. If you're holding a vial from a lot that's no longer current, you can still look it up and verify it the same way.

Payments

The methods currently available are listed below and shown at checkout. Any payment discount is included in your total before you place the order. Availability can change, so follow the instructions shown for your own order.

At a glance

Payment availability, confirmation timing, and statement information are shown above.

Paying by card

After placing your order, enter your card details on its secure payment page. Placing the order does not charge your card. Your card number goes directly to the payment processor. After an approved payment, your order page shows the payment status.

If checkout reports a problem, read the message before trying again. If you are unsure whether payment went through, check your order page or contact support with your order number.

An unfamiliar statement description can be checked against the payment details above. Contact support if you cannot match a charge to an order.

Paying by bank transfer

After you place the order, its payment page shows the recipient, amount, and reference to include. Use those details exactly so we can match the payment to your order.

Your order stays awaiting payment until the transfer is received and confirmed. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 72 hours. Follow the deadline and instructions on your order page.

If you entered the wrong reference, sent a different amount, or need help with the deadline, contact support with your order number and the date and amount sent.

Paying with Bitcoin or Lightning

Your order opens a payment invoice with an address or payment request. Use the amount and network shown on that invoice, and check them before confirming in your wallet. Cryptocurrency transfers cannot be reversed once sent.

Lightning and on-chain payments confirm at different speeds. Your order updates after the invoice confirms; the timing above explains what to expect.

If an invoice expires or shows an underpayment or overpayment, contact support with your order number and invoice ID before sending another payment. Follow the invoice instructions rather than reusing an expired address or amount.

After payment

Keep your order confirmation email. It links to your order page, where you can check payment and shipping status. Returning customers can also find their orders in Account.

Review the Terms of sale, Shipping, and Returns policies before ordering. Our Privacy Policy explains how order and payment information is handled.
