Purchase policies
Version 2026-09-16-32880f06f8b8. Policies presented with new orders under this version.
Payments
The methods currently available are listed below and shown at checkout. Any payment discount is included in your total before you place the order. Availability can change, so follow the instructions shown for your own order.
At a glance
Payment availability, confirmation timing, and statement information are shown above.
Paying by card
After placing your order, enter your card details on its secure payment page. Placing the order does not charge your card. Your card number goes directly to the payment processor. After an approved payment, your order page shows the payment status.
If checkout reports a problem, read the message before trying again. If you are unsure whether payment went through, check your order page or contact support with your order number.
An unfamiliar statement description can be checked against the payment details above. Contact support if you cannot match a charge to an order.
Paying by bank transfer
After you place the order, its payment page shows the recipient, amount, and reference to include. Use those details exactly so we can match the payment to your order.
Your order stays awaiting payment until the transfer is received and confirmed. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 72 hours. Follow the deadline and instructions on your order page.
If you entered the wrong reference, sent a different amount, or need help with the deadline, contact support with your order number and the date and amount sent.
Paying with Bitcoin or Lightning
Your order opens a payment invoice with an address or payment request. Use the amount and network shown on that invoice, and check them before confirming in your wallet. Cryptocurrency transfers cannot be reversed once sent.
Lightning and on-chain payments confirm at different speeds. Your order updates after the invoice confirms; the timing above explains what to expect.
If an invoice expires or shows an underpayment or overpayment, contact support with your order number and invoice ID before sending another payment. Follow the invoice instructions rather than reusing an expired address or amount.
After payment
Keep your order confirmation email. It links to your order page, where you can check payment and shipping status. Returning customers can also find their orders in Account.
Review the Terms of sale, Shipping, and Returns policies before ordering. Our Privacy Policy explains how order and payment information is handled.
Refund methods and posting estimates are explained in Returns. Contacting support does not waive your payment dispute rights or extend your provider's deadlines. Use the descriptor shown for your payment method to recognize a transaction; a billing descriptor is not a promise of anonymous payment.
Terms of sale
The business and these terms
Long Island Peptides (LIPEPS) operates from Long Island, New York and serves customers in the United States. Use Contact for business correspondence. These terms incorporate the Shipping, Returns, Quality assurance, and Research use policies applicable to your purchase. Privacy and cookie practices are explained separately in Privacy and Cookies.
Who can buy from us
You must be 21 or older to create an account or place an order. At checkout, you attest that you are 21 or older and that you are purchasing for laboratory research use, not for use in or on humans or animals. These are purchaser attestations, not an independent check of laboratory credentials. We rely on that attestation; providing false information to place an order is a violation of these terms and may result in the order being cancelled and refunded.
What we sell
Everything on this site is a research chemical supplied in freeze-dried (lyophilized) form for laboratory research only. Products are not offered for use as medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and are not approved by the FDA for use in or on humans or animals. Nothing on this site is offered as, or should be understood as, a substitute or alternative for any approved medication.
Research-use wording does not create a legal exemption, authorize a prohibited sale or use, or replace applicable product, safety, labeling, or other legal requirements.
What we don't provide
We do not provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, or any other usage guidance, in any form, for any product. See the Research use policy for the scope of the products and the information we provide.
Accounts
Accounts are optional. Guest checkout is available for every order. If you create an account, keep access to your email secure and do not share sign-in links. Your private order links also provide access to order details; share them only with someone you authorize to see the order.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Prices, product availability, and lot assignments can change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm payment and pack the order, and an order is not final until then. If a price or description on the site is plainly wrong, we will tell you before packing and you can accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We assign a specific lot with its published certificate to your order at the time it is packed; the lot code and certificate for your order are shown on your order status page. We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe was placed in violation of these terms, including orders that appear intended for human or animal use.
If we are required to collect sales tax on your order, the amount is shown before you place it. Where no tax line is shown, none has been charged; any tax you owe directly on a purchase remains your responsibility.
Payment
Payment options depend on the items in your cart and which methods are available. Checkout shows the eligible options and the total before you place the order. See Payments for how each method works. Orders remain pending until payment is confirmed and are not packed before then.
Returns and refunds
The Returns page explains which issues are covered, the reporting window, and how to request help. Contact us with your order number when reporting a problem. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Shipping
Domestic US only. Details on the Shipping page.
Emails we send
Placing an order or requesting a sign-in link means we will email you about that order or that sign-in: confirmation, payment instructions, tracking, delivery, refunds, and reminders about an unpaid bank transfer. Those are part of the transaction and cannot be switched off while the order is open. Two emails are optional: a restock alert, sent once per request only if you ask for it on a sold-out product page, and a loyalty tier email to account holders when their tier changes. Contact us to cancel a pending restock alert. Loyalty tier emails stop when the account is deleted; see the Privacy Policy.
Reviews and submitted content
Public reviews use Verified buyer by default, with an optional display name you choose. We do not automatically publish your checkout name. If you submit a review, you're confirming it reflects your own experience as a customer and that it does not include usage, dosing, or outcome claims about the product. We may decline to publish a review that violates this or any other part of these terms. A negative rating alone is not a reason to reject a review. By submitting a review for publication, you permit us to display that review and your chosen display name with its rating and date. Ask support to correct or remove a published name or review.
Using the site
You may use the site to browse, buy, and manage your own orders. You may not scrape the catalog or lab results pages for resale, attempt to access another customer's order or account, interfere with the site's operation, or place orders using false information. Product images, lot certificates, and page copy are ours or published with permission and may be copied to verify a lot or for your own research records, subject to any rights held by the issuing laboratory and uses permitted by law.
Warranties and limitation of liability
Products are sold as-is for laboratory research use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Long Island Peptides is not liable for any use of a product outside the scope described in these terms and in the Research Use policy.
This statement does not negate an express product description, lot representation, refund or reshipment commitment, or any right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. No guarantee of a research outcome or suitability for human or animal use is made.
Changes to these terms
The date at the top identifies this revision. Checkout records acceptance of the policy version shown for a new order. The version applicable when you purchase continues to govern that purchase; later changes do not retroactively remove rights or commitments. Prior versions are available in the policy archive. Updated website-use terms apply prospectively, with any additional notice or agreement required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. You may contact support to resolve a concern. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions, or make support contact a prerequisite to a payment dispute or other available legal remedy.
Contact
Questions about these terms: see Contact.
Returns
Your remedies at a glance
Lost or damaged in transit is reshipped free. Report delivery or quality issues within 30 days of delivery. Wrong or out-of-spec items are refunded once verified. Opened vials cannot be returned, but opening a sample for testing does not automatically disqualify a quality claim.
These terms cover the research compounds and vial kits sold by LIPEPS, including discounted products. We do not replace the refunds or free reshipments described here with store credit. You can request a written copy of this policy through Contact.
Cancellation before shipment
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. A cancellation completed before shipment receives a full refund through the original payment method. No cancellation fee is deducted. Packing can prevent changes to items or address, but it does not remove an applicable pre-shipment cancellation right. Once the carrier has the package, we cannot intercept or redirect it.
For an unpaid order, there is no payment to refund. For a paid order, support checks fulfillment and payment status before completing the cancellation and refund. Submitting a support request alone does not mean the cancellation or payment refund is complete.
Change of mind and physical returns
We do not offer change-of-mind returns, including for unopened vials or kits. Opened vials cannot be returned or resold. These physical-return rules do not prevent reporting an incorrect item, delivery problem, or quality issue under the sections below.
Do not mail a product or sample to us without written instructions. If a return is needed for a covered issue, support will confirm the authorized destination, handling instructions, and shipping arrangements before anything is sent. We do not impose an undisclosed return or restocking fee.
Lost, damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If tracking shows the package is lost, or it arrives damaged, we reship the same order at no charge. We do not require a damaged item back before reshipping. Report damage within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if available.
If nothing arrives, report the problem as soon as you notice it; a delivery-based reporting window cannot start before delivery. For missing items in a delivered package, incorrect contents, a disputed delivery scan, or a returned-to-sender package, tell us what happened so we can review the order and carrier records. For a package marked delivered that remains missing after 48 hours and the delivery-location checks, our existing resolution process provides a free reshipment. A package with no carrier scan for 7 days after mailing is reviewed for free reshipment without requiring you to wait for a carrier claim. If the replacement shipment also fails, we refund.
An incorrect compound, size, or count is corrected with a free shipment; support does not hold that shipment pending return of the incorrect item. Wrong-item refunds remain available once verified against the order and applicable lot record. Any optional return of a sealed incorrect item uses a prepaid label. If a lost original shipment arrives after its replacement, you may keep it.
Quality concerns and independent testing
Report an apparent mismatch with the product description or lot certificate within 30 days of delivery. Include the item, lot code if available, and what you observed. We review the order, original laboratory report, and relevant evidence before issuing a refund for a confirmed out-of-spec item. Where a lot fails after shipment, the existing resolution process also offers a replacement from a passed lot at no charge if you want one, without taking away the refund.
You do not need to buy an independent test to open a claim. If you have test results, describe them in your private order support request and retain the full report and sample records. Opening a vial for analysis does not automatically invalidate the claim, and we do not require you to return an opened vial. See Quality assurance for the evidence review process.
Preorders and shipment delays
An estimated preorder ship date and any later delay notice are specific to the order. If we cannot ship when promised, you can choose the options in the notice, including cancellation and a full, prompt refund where required. Your private order page supports delay responses. Silence is not treated as consent where affirmative agreement is required.
A new policy version cannot remove the terms or legal rights applicable to an existing purchase. See Shipping and the policy archive.
Refund method and timing
Refunds go back through the original payment method: the charged card, originating bank account, or originating cryptocurrency address. For a cryptocurrency payment, support must verify that the original address can receive the refund, particularly when payment came from an exchange or Lightning invoice; do not send private keys or seed phrases. If the original route cannot accept a refund, support will resolve a verified return route with you without substituting store credit or reducing the amount owed.
We issue a covered refund as soon as the report is verified and email confirmation of the amount. Cards usually post within 5 to 10 business days, bank transfers within 1 to 3 business days after being sent, and cryptocurrency after network confirmation. These are posting estimates, not permission to postpone a legally required refund. A required shipment-delay refund is issued within the applicable legal deadline, generally seven working days after cancellation for the payment methods offered here. The existing stockout refund commitment is to issue a requested refund that day. A full pre-shipment cancellation refund includes the full amount paid. No new processing, restocking, or testing fee is introduced by this policy.
How to request help
Open the support section of your private order page, choose the issue, and describe it. You can select an item and lot from that order. Use Account to recover access, or email support@lipeps.com with your order number. If you cannot find a receipt, support can help locate the purchase using other order information; do not send payment credentials.
Keep photos of damaged packaging or incorrect labels and any relevant test report. Crop unrelated personal details before sharing evidence. Support will explain how to provide further evidence when needed. We aim to respond within a few business days.
The 30-day window is our standard reporting period. It does not override applicable statutory rights, rights for non-delivery, or your payment provider's dispute rights. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising those rights, and a support review does not pause a provider's dispute deadline.
Shipping
Where we ship
Domestic US only. We do not ship outside the United States.
Shipping days and processing
We pack and ship orders Monday to Friday only, excluding carrier holidays. We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday enter processing on the next shipping day. Payment must be confirmed before shipment, and every order is checked against its assigned lot before it leaves our facility.
Any ship-by date shown for your order remains specific to that order. Dispatch is when we hand the package to the carrier; delivery happens afterward on the carrier's schedule. A Monday-to-Friday shipping schedule does not guarantee a particular delivery date.
Cost
Free shipping on orders of $150 or more, after discounts. A flat $11.95 shipping charge applies below that.
Carriers
We arrange shipping manually. Once we record your order as shipped, we email the carrier and tracking details, and those details appear on your private order page. A label or tracking number alone does not mean the carrier has received the package. Check the carrier's tracking page for scans and delivery estimates.
Freeze-dried format
Everything we sell ships as a freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder. Freeze-dried format alone does not establish stability under every transit condition or a shelf life. Consult the product-specific documentation and report any concern. We do not sell any pre-mixed liquid product.
Address accuracy
Enter your shipping address exactly as your carrier would recognize it. We ship to the address on the order; we are not able to intercept or redirect a package once it has been handed to the carrier. Please double-check unit numbers and ZIP codes before submitting an order.
Lost or damaged in transit
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, we reship it at no cost. See Returns for the full policy and how to report an issue.
Order status
Use the private order link in your confirmation email or access your orders through Account. Guest checkout remains available. Private links and sessions expire; the account sign-in flow or Contact can help restore access.
Preorders and delays
When a product is offered as a preorder, use the estimated ship date displayed before purchase and on your order page. If we cannot ship by the promised date, we provide a delay notice and the applicable options to wait or cancel for a full, prompt refund. Respond through the private order page or contact support. A shipping label by itself does not establish that the carrier has received the package.
The Returns policy preserves pre-shipment cancellation and applicable delay rights. A revised estimate does not silently replace a prior shipping commitment. Carrier delivery estimates are separate from our obligation to ship when promised.
Packaging and recipient information
The carrier needs the recipient's name, delivery address, and required shipping information. Product and carrier labels must remain accurate. Contact support about packaging questions; do not assume a particular outer package conceals every detail or that required labeling can be removed. See Privacy for the services that handle order information.
Privacy Policy
Who this covers
This policy describes how Long Island Peptides (LIPEPS, lipeps.com) handles information from visitors, customers, and affiliate applicants. You can browse without creating an account and use guest checkout. Send privacy questions or requests through Contact.
Information you provide

Please do not send full payment credentials or sensitive personal information. |
| Apply as an affiliate | Name, email, referral code, channel, promotion plan, agreement acceptance, and payout details. | To review the application, manage referrals, and make payouts. Payout details may include a bank account and routing number or a public wallet address. |
The age gate checks the birth date you enter in your browser. It does not send that date to our server; it stores a cookie recording that the age check was passed and when. Checkout separately records your age and research-use confirmations. We do not request an identity document at checkout.
Payment information
Card details are entered in fields provided by the card processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We keep the transaction reference, payment status, amount, and confirmation information needed to reconcile the order.
For bank-transfer purchases, we generate an order reference and record the payment status. We do not receive your bank login. For cryptocurrency, we keep the invoice reference and status returned by the payment service. We do not receive private wallet keys. Public blockchain transactions may be visible to others on the network.
Available methods are shown on Payments and at checkout. Payment providers handle information under their own privacy policies.
Information from visits and referrals
Requests to the site include an IP address and browser information. We use request information for security, troubleshooting, and limits on repeated requests. Our hosting provider also processes requests and may retain operational logs under its own policies.
A random cart identifier connects your browser to the items and any discount code saved in your cart. Cookies also remember age confirmation, account sessions, and access to recent orders. See Cookies for names and lifetimes.
If you follow an approved affiliate link, we record the referral code, a coarse landing-page section, time, and a keyed hash derived from the IP address, affiliate, and a seven-day time bucket. New click records do not retain the browser user agent, full landing URL, query string, or raw IP address. The hash is pseudonymous information, not anonymous data. Older records may contain earlier landing-page or browser details until reviewed and cleared. A referral cookie can associate a later order with that affiliate, and our records track the commission. Affiliate dashboards show aggregate clicks, conversions, and commission information.
We do not run third-party advertising pixels or sell personal information. We do use our own order and referral records for reporting and referral-fraud checks; this is separate from advertising-network tracking.
Who receives information
We provide information needed by services that operate the shop: hosting and database services, email delivery, payment services, and shipping carriers. For example, a carrier receives the recipient's name and address, and the email service receives the address and content of an order email. Our configured hosting and database provider is Cloudflare. Provider logs and retention are managed separately from the application database.
Support and authorized staff can access information needed to manage orders and requests. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not share customer information with advertising networks.
How long information remains
Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes or when used. Opening the sign-in email link leads to a confirmation step before it is redeemed. Review invitations expire after 45 days and are completed when an eligible review is submitted; opening one creates a review-page cookie lasting up to one hour. Signing in with the order email can restore review access. Guest order links normally expire 30 days after creation, and guest order sessions last up to 7 days. Links and sessions may be revoked earlier. Signing in with the order email can restore access to guest purchases. Customer and affiliate sessions expire after 30 days and can be ended by signing out. Expiration prevents further access; it is not the same as immediate deletion of every associated database record or backup. The Cookie Policy lists browser-cookie lifetimes. Restoring order access does not require a marketing subscription.
Orders, payment records, account history, reviews, support conversations, and affiliate records are retained to operate the service and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. There is no single automatic deletion deadline for all of these records. Our retention controls support reviewing obsolete click detail, expired access records, and completed email payloads for deletion or minimization. The routine uses configurable periods and excludes protected records and active holds. Availability of that routine does not mean all old records are immediately or automatically deleted. Cart-cookie expiration also does not automatically erase the server-side cart record.
A restock subscription is removed when its alert is queued for delivery; the outgoing email record may remain. Email us to cancel an alert that has not yet been sent.
Access, corrections, and deletion
Contact us from the email address used for the account or order to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information. We verify that a request is yours before sharing private records or making changes, using access to the order email or other proportionate order information. Do not send an identity document unless support explains why it is necessary and how to provide it securely.
Some sales or payment information may need to remain for fulfillment, accounting, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or an active preservation hold. Deletion in our active systems does not immediately erase separate backups or vendor records, which follow their own retention and restoration processes. We will explain any limitation that applies to a request. You may also ask us to remove a published review or its displayed name. Loyalty tier emails go to account holders and stop when the account is deleted.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights. Contact us to exercise them. Our site does not currently change its cookie behavior in response to Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track browser signals.
Keeping access private
Account sign-in tokens and customer, affiliate, and guest-order session tokens are stored as hashes. Session and order-access cookies use HttpOnly protection; the age-confirmation cookie is set by your browser and is not HttpOnly. Live-site cookies use Secure transmission and SameSite settings as described on Cookies.
Anyone with a still-valid private order link can open access to that order after confirmation. Forwarding it can therefore share access. The link is exchanged for a browser session and removed from subsequent order URLs. Use the account controls to revoke guest access to an order if needed. Keep order links, sessions, and sign-in emails private. No online service can promise perfect security.
Age and policy changes
This shop is for adults aged 21 or older. If you believe someone under that age has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Earlier versions are available in the policy archive. Material changes receive additional notice where required. Privacy questions and requests go through Contact.
Research use only
What we sell
LIPEPS supplies freeze-dried (lyophilized) peptides for laboratory research on the material itself. Research use only, or RUO, means work outside a living organism, such as chemical analysis or in-vitro laboratory study.
For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and not for use in food, drugs, cosmetics, or household products.
Who can order
You must be 21 or older. Every checkout requires you to confirm your age and that the purchase is for laboratory research, not for use in or on humans or animals. We store those confirmations with the order.
A personal account is optional. The same research-use conditions apply to guest orders, account holders, and repeat purchases.
What a certificate can tell you
A certificate of analysis (COA) records measurements on a laboratory sample. The report identifies the tests performed and their findings. It does not establish safety or suitability for use in a person or animal, and it is not regulatory approval.
The products sold here are not FDA-approved medicines. A purity figure or a matching identity test does not change their research-only status.
If you are new to reading laboratory reports, start with How to read a COA. To check a particular batch, use Find a lot certificate.
How we can help
We can help you locate a lot record, understand which analytical tests a report lists, check an order, or resolve a shipping or payment question. Product and reference pages describe chemistry, analytical documentation, and storage information for unopened research material.
We do not provide instructions for use in people or animals, preparation or administration guidance, or personal product recommendations. This applies to the website, email, and support conversations. We do not present these products as alternatives to approved medicines.
Orders outside this policy
We may cancel and refund an order when the information available gives us reason to believe it is intended for human or animal use, or otherwise violates this policy. An age confirmation does not authorize a use excluded here.
Related policies and questions
Read the Terms of sale for purchase conditions and Contact us with questions about this policy or a lot record.
How We Test
The short version
Start with the original report linked from the applicable lot record. It identifies the issuing laboratory, sample, reported methods, and analysis date. The original report remains the source for what was measured; a website badge is not a substitute.
Use a supplied verification link or the laboratory's independently published contact details to confirm the report. If documentation is missing or inconsistent, ask support before relying on a displayed result. Published historical reports remain available after a lot sells out.
The lot assigned to your order is listed on your order status page and in your shipping confirmation. Use that code to find its entry.
What gets tested, and what it means
A single certificate can cover more than one type of test. Each type answers a different, narrow question. It's just as important to know what a passing result doesn't tell you as what it does.
| Test | What it checks | What it doesn't tell you |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Confirms the molecule in the sample matches what it's supposed to be, usually by a test called mass spectrometry. | Doesn't confirm the exact amount in the vial, and doesn't screen for every possible unrelated substance. |
| Purity | Reports purity under the stated analytical method, often HPLC peak-area purity. | Doesn't confirm sterility or endotoxin level. A high purity reading says nothing about either. |
| Endotoxin | Measures bacterial endotoxin (a leftover from certain bacteria) in the sample, usually by an LAL assay. | A low endotoxin reading is not the same as a sterile sample. The two are measured separately. |
| Sterility | Confirms the tested sample showed no live microbial growth under the method used. | Sterility testing uses up the sample and is run on one sample from the lot, not on every vial. It supports confidence in the lot, but it isn't a guarantee for each individual vial. |
We publish exactly which of these tests were run for each lot. Not every lot carries every test, and we don't imply a test was run when it wasn't. The certificate lists what was actually done.
What a certificate is, and isn't
A certificate describes the sample tested, by the method used, at the time it was tested. It's a record of that lab's own findings. It isn't a claim about anything beyond what the listed methods measure, and it isn't a statement about how a compound behaves once it leaves our facility.
How to verify a certificate
Use the verification link supplied with the lot record, or independently obtain contact details for the laboratory named on the original report.
| Step | What to do |
|---|---|
| 1 | Find your lot code on your order status page or in your shipping confirmation. |
| 2 | Look it up on lab results. |
| 3 | Use the lab's verify link on that lot's page, or contact the lab directly using the information they publish, not ours. |
The issuing laboratory can explain its own report and verification process.
Older lots
When a lot sells out, its certificate stays published. If you're holding a vial from a lot that's no longer current, you can still look it up and verify it the same way.
Quantity and quality claims
Product size is a nominal quantity. Identity and purity tests alone do not establish the amount per vial. Quantitative content, sterility, and endotoxin claims each require their own appropriate evidence. There is no blanket purity percentage or sterility guarantee across the catalog.
See Quality assurance for specification scope, storage evidence, sample tracing, and independent testing concerns. The Returns policy explains the existing refund and reshipment remedies. Opening a vial for testing does not automatically invalidate a quality claim.
Quality assurance
Start with the product and lot
The product page states the material and nominal quantity offered. The lot code assigned when an order is packed connects that order to its published record on Lab results. Compare the code on the received vial, your order page, and the original certificate of analysis (COA). Published historical lot records remain available after a lot sells out.
A certificate reports the laboratory's findings for the sample, methods, and dates it identifies. Consult the original report for the laboratory name, sample identification, analysis date, methods, findings, and any stated acceptance criteria. Use its verification link or the issuing laboratory's independently published contact details to check authenticity. Contact support if a report or link is missing or inconsistent.
Identity, purity, quantity, and microbiology
| Evidence | What it can establish | What must not be inferred |
|---|---|---|
| Identity analysis | Whether the sample is consistent with the stated compound using the reported method. | Identity alone does not establish purity, amount, sterility, or suitability for any use. |
| Purity analysis | The reported purity under the method and detection conditions used, such as chromatographic peak-area purity. | A purity percentage is not the amount of compound per vial or proof that all possible contaminants were measured. |
| Quantity or content assay | The measured amount or concentration if a suitable quantitative assay is actually reported. | The labeled milligrams and a purity result are not, by themselves, a quantitative content assay. |
| Endotoxin analysis | The result within the stated method, sample preparation, and detection limits. | An endotoxin result is not a sterility test. |
| Sterility analysis | Whether growth was detected in the tested sample under the specified test conditions. | A passing sample does not certify every vial or establish safety for human or animal use. |
A test is supported only when the applicable report documents it. We do not apply a universal 99% purity guarantee, sterility promise, or laboratory accreditation claim. A measured lot result remains the result for that lot; it is not a new specification for every product. How we test explains how to read the records.
Storage and shelf life
Use product-specific storage information supported by the product label and applicable documentation. Keep the original label and a record of storage, transfers, and any unusual transit conditions relevant to a complaint. Ask support about missing or conflicting information.
Freeze-dried format alone does not establish a shelf life, an expiry date, or stability at a particular transit temperature. We do not assign a universal shelf-life guarantee or replace missing stability evidence with a generic temperature range. These products are for laboratory research only; no analytical result establishes suitability for human or veterinary use.
Submitting a quality concern
Use the support section of your private order page or email support@lipeps.com within 30 days of delivery. Select the affected item and lot if known, explain the discrepancy, and state when you observed it. If you cannot access the order, use Account or Contact. Do not include health information or full payment credentials.
You can open a claim without commissioning a test. If you already have independent findings, retain the complete report, laboratory contact details, sample receipt and analysis dates, method details, and supporting chromatograms or spectra where available. Describe what you have in the claim so support can arrange the next step.
For sample tracing, retain the original lot label and note when the container was opened, who transferred the sample, how it was labeled, where it was stored, and when it reached the laboratory. Missing records can affect interpretation but do not automatically close a claim. Opening a sample for analysis does not automatically disqualify it. Do not send physical samples or opened vials to us without instructions.
Review and resolution
Support reviews the claim against the order, product description at purchase, and the original lot report. A conflicting independent result needs evaluation of sample identity, method suitability, detection limits, storage, and chain of custody; the original certificate alone is not proof that a complaint is unfounded. Further information may be requested when relevant.
Confirmed wrong or out-of-spec items are refunded under Returns. For a lot failure after shipment, our existing resolution process also offers a free replacement from a passed lot if you want one, without taking away the refund. Lost or transit-damaged orders retain their free-reshipment remedy. We do not replace these remedies with mandatory store credit. No general testing-cost reimbursement promise or reimbursement cap has been established; ask support before incurring testing costs in expectation of reimbursement. Existing written commitments for your order and applicable legal rights continue to apply.
The private support page records your request and its status. Submission is not automatic approval or rejection. We aim to respond within a few business days; review time depends on the issue and available evidence.
Lot concerns and updates
The lot record may display a withdrawal notice if a quality failure is confirmed. Withdrawn lots are excluded from sale. Original reports and historical records remain available for traceability. Our existing incident procedure calls for stopping the lot, physically quarantining remaining vials, identifying affected orders from their assigned lots, and notifying affected customers individually within a day of a confirmed failure. The notice explains the findings and available resolution. The software supports withdrawal, order tracing, and notices; physical handling and investigation are staff responsibilities.
New policy text does not retroactively narrow a purchase's quality commitments. See the Terms of sale, Returns, and policy archive.
